Hello,
I’m Dr. Jen Cowhy, an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. I’m a researcher committed to understanding and improving the implementation of education policies specifically intended to impact our most marginalized youth, including students with disabilities. I use organizational, institutional, and political lenses to understand the conditions that help enable and constrain systems-change. I also pay special attention to the role and experiences of leaders and families within policy implementation.
